Mandla Mandela in court for assault

Former president Nelson Mandela's grandson Mandla Mandela is due to appear in the Mthatha Magistrate's Court on Thursday on a charge of assaulting a teacher.

He allegedly drew a firearm in Mthatha in October after the teacher, Mlamli Ngudle, crashed his car into a car driven by one of Mandela's guests.
