Manhunt for suspects who robbed Protea North post office

Police have launched a manhunt for four suspects who robbed the Pretoria North Post office of an undisclosed amount of money.
The incident happened on Wednesday morning at the Post office in Ben Viljoen Street.
The suspects entered the post office armed and wearing facial masks and caps and held the staff at gunpoint.

Police spokesperson Brigadier Mathapelo Peters says they were able to access the safe.
“They allegedly accessed the safe and a number of tolls from which they took an undisclosed amount of cash. No shots were fired and no injuries reported,”
She says no shots were fired and there were no injuries.
Police are asking members of the public who may have witnesses the incident or have information to come forward.
