Updated | By Sune du Toit
Maqubela is seeking to be allowed to approach the Supreme Court of Appeal to have her case heard as she believes that the court may reach a different conclusion.
The 60-year-old was sentenced in March, to 15 years for murder, three for forgery and three for fraud. This followed the death of her husband who was found dead in his Bantry Bay flat in 2009. - ANA
