This follows the discovery of 42-year-old Vicki Terblanche's body on Saturday morning.

One of the men, Terblanche's boyfriend, had reported her missing the day before.

After a police discovery and intense interrogation, the police were led to a shallow grave where she was buried.

"It is alleged that on Friday evening at about 21:50, SAPS Mount Road was alerted to a suspicious house in a complex in 1st Avenue in Millpark. On arrival, police found that the doors including the garage door were wide open. Intuitive that something was amiss, police roped in forensics to assist," says the police’s Priscilla Naidu.

"While still at the house, a 32-year-old male arrived and indicated that he lived there. Detectives recognised the male as he had reported his girlfriend missing on Thursday at the Mount Road police station.”

Naidu says the boyfriend led the police to his friend, who was also questioned.

"At about 03:00 this morning and after intense investigation, detectives with the assistance of the K9 Search and Rescue Unit found the body of the missing woman Vicky Terblanche buried in a shallow grave in an open field in Greenbushes. A post mortem will be done to determine the cause of death.”

The discovery comes a few days after 19-year-old Kyle Barnes appeared in court for the murder of his girlfriend, 16-year-old Cynthia Williams, whose body was found in a shallow grave in the backyard of Barnes' home.

Williams, who was stabbed to death, was pregnant at the time.
