Molefe to pay back the money
Updated | By Neo Motloung
Former Eskom CEO, Brain Molefe, has been ordered by the High Court in
Pretoria to pay back the pension pay-out he
received from the power utility within 10
days.

The court wants Molefe to pay back R11 million he received as part of his pension payout.
The money was paid out to Molefe in 2016 when he left Eskom.
Molefe left the power utility after former Public Protector, Thuli Madonsela, implicated him in suspicious dealings between Eskom and the controversial Gupta family.
