Montecasino case postponed
Updated | By Lonwabo Miso
Two people accused of killing a man and leaving his body in his car at Montecasino, Johannesburg, appeared in the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.

The matter was postponed because one of the accused's lawyer had an emergency and could not be in court.
Prosecutor Yusuf Baba also asked the court to postpone the matter so that the director of public prosecutions could draft the indictment for the matter to be heard in the high court.
Jean-Pierre Malan and his girlfriend former stripper Maruschka Robinson face murder charges after Dustan Blom's decomposing body was found in the boot of his car in the parking garage at the entertainment venue in September.
Robinson was arrested on September 24, and Malan on September 26.
Magistrate Vincent Pienaar postponed the matter to July 8. The two were kept in custody.
