Montecasino murder accused back in court

The two had tried to enter into a plea agreement with the State, but this was declined during their last appearance on Monday in the South Gauteng High Court, sitting in Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court.

 

When the plea agreement was declined, Robinson's lawyer withdrew, and the case was postponed to arrange new representation for her.

 

Blom's body was discovered in his car on September 22, 2013 at the popular casino and entertainment venue when security guards investigated a foul smell coming from the car.

 

Robinson was arrested on September 24, 2013, and Malan on September 26, 2013.
