Most of Bloemfontein without power after explosion
Updated | By OFM News
Most areas in Bloemfontein in the Free State are without electricity after a huge explosion at the Harvard substation.

An explosion was reported on Monday evening at the Harvard substation, which provides electricity from Eskom to the supplier Centlec.
The explosion has caused the 132KVa line at Park West to trip and left most of the city in the dark.
“The team is on-site to clean the equipment that is affected and they are now going to replace the damaged components on the feeder. A time of restoration cannot be predicted,” read a statement released on Tuesday morning.
