Mr D fires sexually inappropriate driver
Updated | By Sinethemba Madolo
Online food service delivery company Mr D has terminated the contract of one of their drivers following a video showing the man inappropriately touching himself after delivering a woman her food.

The video shows the driver handing over the food, taking out his genitals and touching himself as the woman walked away.
It is unclear where the incident took place.
The video was published on Wednesday on Twitter – and led to a fierce backlash from social media.

Mr D replied to tweets from customers asking the company to fire the guy.
"We take this very seriously. We have identified the driver and his contract has been terminated with immediate effect. Please follow us back so that we can DM you if you have any other information to provide beyond the video."
We strongly condemn the driver’s behaviour and sincerely apologise to the affected customer. The driver has been identified and his contract terminated. We do not tolerate this behaviour and our national driver management structures will ensure this incident is not repeated.
