Updated | By SunΓ© du Toit
Many South Africans were still reeling on Monday morning following the death of Kwaito star Mandoza.

Mandoza, whose real name was Mduduzi Tshabalala, died at the age of 38, his family confirmed on Sunday.
He was diagnosed with a brain tumour last year.
Music producer and friend over the past 20 years, Gabi le Roux told JacarandaFM's The Complimentary Breakfast the support from South Africans is much appreciated.

Paid him a visit last week at his home. He was in high spirits. His hug was so warm. We laughed. I'll hold on to that day. Rip Mandoza β€οΈu
