N3 opened between KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng
Updated | By Karabo Tebele
The N3 Toll Concession has announced that the route that links KwaZulu-Natal to Gauteng has been fully reopened.

This was after the highway was temporarily closed on Tuesday in the wake of the riots and looting in the two provinces.
Several trucks were also torched on the N3 near Mooi River last Friday.
N3 Toll Concession spokesperson Thania Dhoogra says law enforcement remain on high alert on the toll road.
"Law enforcement has issued has now issued an instruction to reopen the N3 toll road and its entirety between Cedara in KwaZulu-Natal and Heidelberg in Gauteng.
"Although fully reopened to traffic, road users are reminded to proceed with caution and always remain vigilant and alert.
"Law enforcement agencies are deployed on the N3 toll road and will be maintaining a highly visible presence."
