Travelers entering South Africa will also no longer be required to produce a vaccination certificate or a negative test result.

It’s been over two years since the Covid-19 pandemic was first identified in the country and the regulations were put in place, starting with the strict Level 5 of Lockdown in March 2020.
Since then, close to 4 million people in the country have contracted the virus.
Close to 102 000 South Africans have also died coronavirus related deaths, with the number still increasing.
