NUM Youth Structure hits out at political leaders
Updated | By Samkelo Maseko
The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) Youth Structure is asking for an audit on the lifestyles of political leaders.

The NUM Youth Structure is holding its elective congress at the St George Hotel in Pretoria.
"They must stop sipping wines and drinking coffee with the enemies of our revolution. They must not enjoy the gifts, the cars and the houses they are buying for them. If they are going around sipping red wines with the big businesses, they are already captured," says the structure's chairperson Vuyisa Konzani.
Konzani says the Public Protector's State of Capture report is on their agenda.
He hit out at President Jacob Zuma, saying his "smash and grab" administration is no different to that of former President Thabo Mbeki's.
"It is no secret that the ANC has in the past years been a victim of scandals and it continues to be a victim of scandals. We must defend the soul of the African National Congress," says Konzani.
