The women are accused of recruiting girls from all over the country for purposes of sexual exploitation.

The court case, presided over by a new judge following the recusal of judge Mandela Makaula, was postponed after the defence requested more documents from the state.

The judgment by the SCA stated that there were no reasonable prospects of success adding that there was no other compelling reason why an appeal should be heard.

The accused legal counsel Peter Daubermann will now petition the Constitutional Court.

The case has been remanded for 21 November in the Port Elizabeth High Court.
