Oscar Pistorius' sentencing proceedings to start in June
Updated | By Maryke Vermaak
Murder convict Oscar Pistorius briefly appeared in the High Court in Pretoria Monday.
His matter was postponed.
Pistorius' sentencing proceedings are set to start on 13 June and run until 17 June.
The Paralympian was initially convicted of culpable homicide after shooting and killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in February 2013, but his conviction was appealed by the state and he was found guilty of murder.
The court was once again packed as Pistorius appeared. His father, sister and aunt sat in the front row, but no one from the Steenkamp family was in attendance.
The state did not oppose Pistorius' bail and the defence only made a minor amendment to his bail conditions.
Outside court a group protested in support of Pistorius.
