Oscar speaks out
Oscar Pistorius has reached out to the public for a second time since the death of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, on Valentines Day last year.
A day ahead of the of his murder trial Oscar released a message to his Facebook followers, showing his gratitude for their support.
In February Pistorius posted a mesaage on his website on the first anniversary of Steenkamp's death, speaking out on the pain caused by the fatal night he shot and killed Steenkamp.
Oscar is due to appear at the Pretoria High Court on Monday, the 3rd of March 2014.
