Parents protest outside Bryanston school
Parents at the Bryneven Primary
School in Bryanston are protesting against the school’s principal who they
claim to be corrupt.
The Gauteng Education Department’s Steve Mabona says the parents are accusing the principal of mismanaging school funds, nepotism and bullying teachers.

They want the principal to be removed.
Mabona says Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi will meet with the parents and the school to try and find a way forward.
