Pastor Tapiwa Jenje from Thabazimbi in Limpopo has been
denied bail, where he appeared in the Bela-Bela Magistrates' Court on Monday.

Limpopo police spokesperson Moatshe Ngoepe says the pastor will appear again in court on 27 June for another bail application.
In the meantime, the police investigation continues in the case where the pastor is accused of raping a 12-year old girl.
"The arrest of the suspect follows an incident where he allegedly arrived at the victim's house at about 16:30 for a prayer session and then told the victim's mother that the girl was sick. He further claimed the girl should go with him to the nearest river so that she can receive her healing," says Ngoepe.
Ngoepe says the child's mother became suspicious when the pastor and her daughter did not return from the river.
The child's father followed the two and found his daughter half-naked, running and screaming for help.
