Forensic investigator Paul O'Sullivan, who was arrested in Centurion yesterday, was released from the Kameeldrift police cells late last night.

According to AfriForum O'Sullivan was arrested shortly after leaving their offices yesterday afternoon on several charges, including fraud and intimidation.
AfriForum's Willie Spies says the police contravened a court order, that O'Sullivan had to be given 48 hours' notice of his arrest.
"O'Sullivan was released just before 24h:00 last night after we secured another court order, that he be released," Spies tweeted.

"We will be moving forward now with a case of contempt of court against the police," O'Sullivan said in a video posted on twitter.
He added that he was arrested after being surrounded by at least 10 police vehicles.
