Two people were killed in the collision and nine others were left with moderate injuries in an accident on the N1.
The accident, involving only a minibus taxi, happened on the N1 near the Maraisburg off ramp in Johannesburg late lat night.
The vehicle, a minibus, allegedly lost control on the wet road and rolled several times, ER24 said in a statement.
"When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they also found that one of the patients was pregnant. ER24 treated and transported a total of three patients to various hospitals in die area for further treatment."
"The remaining patients were treated and transported by other medical services on scene," the statement read.
The cause of the incident remains unknown, local authorities were on scene for further investigation.
