PHOTOS: Man shot in 'church altercation'
A man has been shot and two others were injured in
Zuurbekom, near Randfontein.
West Rand police spokesperson Peter Mashuwa says there was apparently an altercation between two factions of a church on Thursday.
The altercation resulted in stones been thrown at cars and a man being shot in the shoulder.
Mashuwa adds the police are still investigating and the exact cause of the incident has not been determined.
ER24's Russel Meiring says the man who shot was airlifted to a nearby hospital.
