PHOTOS: Taxi rolls in Sandton
A taxi driver and one of his passengers were injured Monday morning after the vehicle rolled in Sandton, ER24 said.
Chitra Bodasing, ER24 spokesperson, said paramedics and other services arrived at the corner of Grayston and Sandton Drive and found the badly damaged taxi lying on its roof on the road.
The taxi injured driver and passenger were found on the side of the road.
The taxi driver was treated by ER24 paramedics for moderate injuries and transported to hospital. The passenger was also treated and transported to hospital by another service.
The cause of the incident is unknown. Authorities were on scene for further investigations.
