Pics: Snow falls in SA

Large parts of South Africa are caught in a cold snap as winter makes its presence felt. See the snow pics here.
We have had reports of snow from Dargle, Mooi River, Boston, Balgowan, Kamberg and Sani Pass so far this morning. We may begin to see snowfall in certain areas of EC such as Caledon, Aliwal North and Lady Grey late this afternoon.
This evening will still bring widespread chances of snowfall in certain parts of the Eastern Cape and across Lesotho. Central Lesotho and KZN Drakensbeg mountain areas.
Temperatures in Cape Town are not expected to be higher than 16°C and heavy rain and snow is predicted for the province - likely on the higher lying mountains.
