‘Poacher’ trampled to death by elephant in Kruger Park

The remains of a suspected poacher were found in a section of the Kruger
National Park on Thursday.

“We can confirm that the remains of a suspected poacher, where discovered in the Stolznek section in Kruger National Park, “ says spokesperson Isaac Phaahla.
He says poaching equipment was found near the man’s body.
“Ranger service received intelligence of poachers who had come into the Kruger National Park. And they followed spoor which led them to the grisly find.
“There is ample evidence pointing to an elephant attack where poaching equipment and a cell phone where recovered.”
