Police officer in court for Fort Hare murders
Updated | By Doreen Loubser
A policeman arrested in connection with the murder investigations at University Fort Hare will appear before the Dimbaza Magistrate's Court on Thursday.

The 32-year-old Lindokuhle Manjanti joins five other suspects arrested for the murders of the vice-chancellor's bodyguard Mbonele Vesele and the university's fleet manager, Petrus Roets.
The suspects face charges of murder, attempted murder, unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, reckless discharge of a firearm, fraud, and kidnapping.
The court previously heard that there was a hit list containing the names of sixteen senior officials at the university.
Vice-chancellor Sakhele Buhlungu had a R5 million reward next to his name.
While Manjanti will be in court on Thursday, his five co-accused - a final-year law student, two former UFH employees, and two alleged hitmen - will appear on 21 August.
