Police in Cape Town made a grim discovery at Monwabisi Park informal settlement in Khayelitsha on Monday where several unidentified bodies were found riddled with bullets.

Four men succumbed to their gunshot wounds at different shacks in close proximity to each other when unknown gunmen opened fire in the early hours of the morning.
It’s then believed they were piled into one of the structures before they were found by local police.
The four are believed to be between the ages of 25 and 35.
A fifth victim, a woman, was discovered some 400 metres from the scene.
“Police have initiated the 72-hour activation plan in search of the suspects,” said Western Cape police spokesperson Novela Potelwa.
Police are still searching for clues about what led to the deadly shooting.
