Nair, an eThekwini businessman, recorded a video in which he calls Ramaphosa the K-word.

He wants the president to be charged for “failing the country”.

"The Presidency really believes that this human being is really not deserving of any airtime.

"I think the racist rant against the President shows delusional and attention seeking behaviour," says Presidency spokesperson Khusela Diko.

Meanwhile, activist and former eThekwini councilor Brandon Pillay, has laid a charge of crimen injuria against Nair.

"I first saw a post of the accused where he had written on his wall referring to the President by the K-word and subsequent to that he posted the video.

"That really got me quite upset and fuming to the extent that I got up this morning and went to the police station and filed a charge of crimen injuria," he says.
