Presidential inauguration in pictures

Thousands of people gathered at Loftus Versveld in Tshwane to witness the swearing-in of President Cyril Ramaphosa on Saturday.
Coinciding with Africa Day, the ceremony was attended by high-profile delegates although noticeably absent was former president Jacob Zuma.
Ahead of the inauguration, several politicians wished him well.

But Economic Freedom Fighter Julius Malema gave a stern warning against 'constitutional delinquents'.

Ramaphosa was met by cheers as he took his oath of office.
Ramaphosa concluded his address by asking God to bless Africa.
