Protests in Joburg ahead of motion of no confidence
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Several protests have broken out in Johannesburg ahead of the motion of no confidence in President Jacob Zuma.

The motion is set to be debated and voted on in the National Assembly this afternoon.
Road have been barricaded in several areas, including the CBD and Soweto.
Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) spokesperson Edna Mamonyane says they've had their hands full since this early this morning, with several roads closed to traffic.
"The people that are blocking the roads don't stop and interact with anyone. There is a bakkie that was going around helping with those barricades, but as metro police approached that bakkie the people abandoned it and they went on foot.
"But what we can say is that we've had word they are blockading these roads prior to this motion of no confidence."
