Public Protector CEO resigns
Updated | By Suné du Toit
The Office of the Public Protector has confirmed that its CEO, Advocate Louisa Zondo, has resigned.

Public Protector spokesperson Oupa Segalwe says she cited personal reasons for her resignation.
"She expressly indicated that she wanted to manage her health," says Segalwe.
Zondo will stay on in her position until the end of November.
"She will not leave immediately. She will stay with us for the rest of the month as she serves notice. As the Public Protector South Africa we would like to wish her all the best for the future," says Segalwe.
