Busisiwe addressed the media on her first 100 days in office after she took over from Advocate Thuli Madonsela.

She will only know after seeking legal opinion if she will oppose President Jacob Zuma's application to set the findings aside.

President Zuma has previously indicated that he is unhappy with the contents of the report, which explores his relationship with the controversial Gupta family.

Mkhwebane says this is a complicated case.

"I have launched an intention to oppose, just to comply with the court rules and I have indicated that this is complex matter and there is no legal precedence on it. Therefore, I will be getting a comprehensive legal opinion and I will assess the information and I will decide whether to continue opposing or then chance the approach," says Mkhwebane.

Mkhwebane will also take the DA to court for not apologising after calling her a spy.

"The spy allegations, the Gupta puppet...it has never happened. On the spy issue - I will be meeting the legal team on whether we will sue for defamation or contempt," says Mkhwebane.
