Radebe says struggles of 2016 are different to struggles of 1976

Minister in the Presidency Jeff Radebe says the struggles of 2016 are different to the struggles of 1976.

He attended the official Youth Day commemoration at Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Thursday.
It's 40 years since the Soweto Uprising which saw thousands of black pupils march against Afrikaans as a medium of instruction at schools.
He says unlike the youth of ’76, young South Africans now have a government which listens and tries to respond positively to their issues.
President Jacob Zuma delivered the keynote address.
