ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa has confirmed that the party's general-secretary Ace Magashule will appear before the party's integrity committee next week.
Ramaphosa was delivered his closing remarks after the party's 3-day National Executive meeting on Tuesday.
"While technical legal opinions are important, as a voluntary organisation the ANC is duty-bound to follow its constitution, rules, conference resolutions, and NEC decisions. It is in this context that our meeting welcomes our secretary-generals decision to present himself to the integrity commission on the 12th of December 2015,"

He said the NEC has reaffirmed important principles against corruption.
"We reaffirm our position taken in our meeting of July that the ANC needs to draw a clear line in the sand between the organisation and those who steal and those who commit other crimes against our people,"
Ramaphosa also urged ANC members not to participate in the burning of ANC T-shirts and flags outside courts as it has happened in Bloemfontein when Magashule appeared.
