Ramaphosa to host Springboks ahead of victory tour

President Cyril Ramaphosa is set to host the Springboks at the Union Buildings in Pretoria on Thursday.
Ramaphosa will welcome the Rugby World Cup winners on Thursday morning before the start of the trophy parade.
The champions came home to a warm welcome by thousands of South Africans at the OR Tambo International Airport on Tuesday.
Thousands of fans from across the country braved the wet weather to welcome the champions home after a historic win against New Zealand in France.
South Africa beat New Zealand 12-11 in Paris last Saturday, becoming the team to win the title on four separate occasions, after also winning in 1995, 2007, and 2019.
Ramaphosa was at the Stade de France in Paris when the Springboks won.
The six-day parade will kick off in Pretoria, before moving to Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and East London.
Ramaphosa says members of the public in Pretoria are welcome to witness the welcome at the Union Buildings from Government Avenue, Arcadia.
The Boks' convoy will include three buses, ambulances, and sponsor vehicles.
