Remains of cow found in Tshwane sewage system
Updated | By Nathan Daniels
The Mayor of Tshwane, Solly Msimanga, has vowed to act against culprits vandalising and sabotaging the city's infrastructure.

Msimanga delivered his State of the City Address on Thursday and sent a clear warning:
"To those who are really trying to sabotage our infrastructure, you will not win, we will do everything we can."
Msimanga told the council that in recent months, municipal workers found wood, logs, bricks, cement and even the insides of a cow in the Ga-Rankuwa sewage system.

"That tells you there is something that is sinister that is happening because it's physically or biologically impossible for things that we are taking out of there, to come out of a human being."
He says they are in possession of information pointing the finger to some Ga-Rankuwa residents, and will soon name and shame the culprits.
