Rhino dies despite dramatic rescue attempt

Jacaranda fm News is on the scene at a private game farm in Kameeldrift, North East of Pretoria where a rhino has just died after being poached.
Police, the Hawks and the owner of the farm are searching the area for suspects. It is understood the animal was alive when they found it, but has subsequently died.
The 5 year old bull was still breathing when it was found at 10:30am on Friday.
The vet on the scene says he suspects the bull was darted down.
