Rugby attackers back in court
Updated | By Lonwabo Miso
Four men accused of beating a former Royal Marine to death outside a rugby stadium in Durban are expected to be back in the Durban Regional Court on Thursday.

On Wednesday, the city's Regional Court heard that Blayne Shepard kicked Brett Williams and gave a friend a high-five, after a Super XV rugby match in Durban.
Moments later Williams was declared dead.
Fidelity Security Services manager Neil Burger said he had been on duty at Kings Park on the night of March 23 when the Sharks beat the Melbourne Rebels and Williams was fatally beaten.
Shepard, his brother Kyle, Andries van der Merwe, and Dustin van Wyk each face a charge of murder, three of assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm, and one of crimen injuria.
