Schumacher will recover: Jean Todt
Updated | By Staff Writer
"Michael is a fighter. I know his energy, his courage and his persistence," Todt said at an event organized by the German automotive club, ADAC, in Munich.
Todt was team principle at Ferrari when Schumacher won five of his seven world titles, between 2000 and 2004. The Frenchman has presided over the sport's ruling body FIA since 2009.
Schumacher, 45, hit a rock with his head in a skiing accident in the French Alps and has since been in an induced coma in a Grenoble hospital. Doctors have said his condition is critical but stable.
