Sebolai judgement postponed to Monday

The judgement of murder accused Dj Donald “Donald Duck” Sebolai was postponed on Tuesday in the High Court sitting in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court.

The former radio presenter at Soweto based community radio station, Jozi FM, is accused of stabbing to death his girlfriend
Dolly Tshabalala last year.
Judge Cassim Moosa said after discussions “in chambers” he decided to postponed his judgement to Monday, October 12.
After the postponement, Gloria Khoza, the deceased’s sister in law, said: “We as a family have been looking forward to the end. Pain and grief comes back again. We came from Soweto and it’s a lot of expenses. We were hoping it would be over. We hope Monday the matter will be closed”.
Khoza said: “No judgement will bring her life back”.
“It hasn’t been easy. Dolly’s mom keeps praying and hoping God will help her through this. She will be present Monday,”
Tshabalala’s mother was present in court, but she declined to comment on the matter.
