Updated | By Pieter van der Merwe
Police in Port Elizabeth are urgently calling on the communities to assist them following the shooting of seven people in Bethelsdorp on Saturday night.

Police say the victims, aged between nine and 26, were standing in front of a supermarket in Bethelsdorp when three unknown men approached on foot and opened fire on the group.
All seven victimes were taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The Provincial Gang Investigation Unit is investigating cases of attempted murder - but no-one wants to talk.
"In order for us to win the war against these criminals we need them (members of the community) to be on our side and we need them to work closely with us," says Colonel Priscilla Naidu, assuring that the information will be anonymous.
The victims are receiving medical care.
Their injuries are not life threatening.
