Shrien Dewani: Case wins further High Court hearing
Honeymoon murder suspect Shrien Dewani has won a further High Court hearing in his legal battle against extradition to South Africa.
It is the latest move by the 33-year-old Bristol businessman to halt his removal to South Africa to face trial over his wife's death.
Mr Dewani is accused of plotting to kill 28-year-old Anni Dewani, who was shot in the head on the outskirts of Cape Town in November 2010.
