SONA 2017: EFF chants 'tsotsi' as Zuma enters Parly

The State of the Nation Address (SONA) has not started on schedule since the EFFs arrival in Parliament in 2015.

EFF members began chanting "tsotsi" as President Jacob Zuma entered the chamber.
Zuma is set to deliver his 10th State of the Nation Address as head of state.

It was in honour of the 94 psychiatric patients who have died after being moved from the Life Esidimeni in Gauteng last year.
The patients had been moved to NGOs which were not licensed.
