SONA 2017: More resistance expected

The countdown has begun to one of the biggest political events on the calendar, the State of the Nation Address.

President Jacob Zuma will deliver his State of the Nation Address in Parliament on Thursday, with several marches planned - as well as a gathering by ANC members at Grand Central Parade.
Last year the EFF, under leadership of Julius Malema staged a walk-out shortly before President Jacob Zuma started.
