Springbok legend Kobus Wiese recovering from heart attack
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Former Springbok Kobus Wiese is recovering in hospital after suffering a heart attack.

Wiese, who was part of the team which won the 1995 Rugby World Cup, is recovering in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) following surgery to insert a stent in Mediclinic Panorama in Cape Town.
He was taken to hospital after he apparently complained of pain in his chest and lungs on Tuesday night.
Former teammate and friend Toks van der Linde says Wiese was subsequently rushed to hospital.
"It was hectic, and I can say Kobus is a lucky guy - I think Kobus is a strong guy, and I think God has given him a second chance.
"At this stage, he is stable, but he is under supervision in the ICU. They will do a 72-hour check to see how he responds to medicine and then take steps forward," says Van der Linde.
