Suspect nabbed for trying to sell man's private part
Updated | By Algoa FM
A 32-year-old man appeared in the Butterworth Magistrate’s Court on Monday for what police have described as a despicable and cruel act.

Spokesperson Majola Nkohli says the suspect was arrested by members of the public last week when he allegedly tried to sell a man's private parts.
He says the man was looking for a buyer at a shopping mall in Butterworth and was subsequently arrested for the unlawful possession of human tissue.
Nkohli says a preliminary investigation revealed that the private part was removed from a 68-year-old man in the OR Tambo District, who is currently in the hospital.
He says the suspect will be transferred to Mthatha where he will also face a charge of attempted murder.
Police did not identify the suspect nor did they elaborate on his intentions to apply for bail.
