Suspected food poisoning leaves 30 Limpopo pre-schoolers in hospital

More than 50 people, including 30 preschool children, have been admitted to a local hospital near Polokwane suffering from suspected food poisoning.

It's believed the group, from the Masehlong - Moletjie area, ate contaminated food during a graduation ceremony on Friday.
The Limpopo health department's Niel Shikwambana says most of the patients will be kept in hospital overnight.
“Kids and parents were attending a graduation ceremony for a preschool around Moletjie, where of cause they ate and drank and started to complain about abdominal pain.”
