Swift response after body of another woman found
Updated | By Pieter van der Merwe
Police in Gauteng have arrested a 43-year-old suspect in connection with the murder of a woman whose body was found in Kameeldrift on Wednesday.

Shortly after the body of the victim was discovered, police assembled a team of detectives to look into the matter.
"An intelligence driven search lead the police to Pretoria central where the suspect was arrested," says the police's Captain Mavela Masondo.
The suspect was arrested on Thursday - 24 hours later - during which police also seized a firearm and impounded a Toyota Quantum.
Masondo says they believe the vehicle was used to dump the victim's body.
The woman has since been identified as a 23-year-old from Pretoria West.
The incident comes amid a spate of attacks on women and children, specifically in Gauteng, which lead to several officials calling for swift action.
Police Minister Fikile Mbalula has also vowed not a single police station would turn any women away reporting incidents of violence.
South Africans have also been encouraged to report someone as missing, as soon as they noticed something wrong.
The suspect is set to appear in court tomorrow.
