Taxi boss implicated in 2015 murder of North West tycoon
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
An arrest warrant has been issued for a KwaZulu-Natal taxi boss, who police believe was involved in the murder of North West businessman, Wandile Bozwana, two years ago.
Bozwana died after his car was riddled with bullets on Garsfontein Road in Pretoria East.
His female companion survived the attack.
The Hawks' Hangwani Mulaudzi says they are now looking for taxi boss Senzo Mncube, who has been linked to the hit through investigations.
"We have been experiencing a lot of challenges in terms of tracing him. We are aware of the fact that there are people who know this person, and maybe they can be able to assist us. We believe he is highly involved in this case," says Mulaudzi.
The police have appealed to community members not to approach Mncube if they do see him - as he's believed to be armed and dangerous.
They're encouraged to contact the South African Police Service, instead.
