Taxi men appear for attempted murder
Updated | By Bronwyn Hardick
A group of men, including taxi owners and drivers, accused of kidnapping and attempted murder appeared in the Zebediela District Court on Monday, Limpopo police said.

Their bail application would continue on Tuesday, Brigadier Hangwani Mulaudzi said.
Mulaudzi said nine men would be joined by their other two accused.
"The other two were arrested later on Saturday and they were formally charged today [Monday]," he said.
The group, aged between 16 and 35, were arrested on Saturday after they allegedly kidnapped and assaulted a 17-year-old teenager and 22-year-old Lehlogonolo Machaka, two weeks ago in Elandskraal just outside Modimolle.
They dragged them to the local taxi rank and later to the local cemetery while assaulting them. They accused the two of stealing a radio and wheel caps from one of their taxis.
Machaka is still missing since the incident on February 25.
