Taxi protest block Joburg roads
Several streets in the inner
city of Johannesburg have been affected by a taxi protest.
Johannesburg Metro Police Spokesperson Wayne Minaar says motorists are advised to avoid Simmonds, Fox and Rahima Moosa Streets.
“Motorists can use Anderson and Rissik Streets as alternatives,” says Minnaar.
Minnaar says they have not yet established the reason for the protest.
